RK Loop. Wartime ?

I would like to canvass your opinions on this loop. Having examined it closely 'in the hand' I am of the opinion that it is a wartime made RK loop. However, I would appreciate any comments or observations from the RK experts.

The diameter of the loop is 1.5mm, (well, 1.52mm to absolutely exact).

Hi David from the pics I really can't tell. I have issues with the 800 stamp but that is just my opinion.

Thanks Kevin. What angles etc would help for photos to assist with this? The '800' stamp is a bit worn as well, which I dare say won't help matters.
