How would it be rated on a scale from one to 10 where 10 is mint ?

I have no cross in my collection with a frame like that, neither with a date that has a '1' like that in '1939.'

Yes, the "1" is special.

I don't have a clue, I'm just showing off pictures of some that have similar "1", hope that someone can help me identify, or at least confirm that my first EK is a original one.

The last cross you show here is a '98' Souval. This is not your cross. The Souval's have a very unique design to the very outside corners of the silver frames. Look closely.

The '27'...I've looked at the two '27's I have in my collection, and still felt uncomfortable with the comparison. I just don't have a cross that matches yours, because my collection is incomplete. That's the reason I gave you the link. Something to always look for other than the date is the beading on the frame just adjacent the swastika. Every maker's cross is different. I just can't help any further. I am sorry.

The EK II with maker's mark 49 is a Floch fake!

At first I thought maker 27, too...but it has another frame hatching near the swastica.
