It's one of Reddicks early repos sold to reinactors or to fill in on a tunic until a real one comes along . . . . many of these ended up with collectors years ago before the internet exposed them . . .

The cut (zig zag) ribbon was common on these. We had one of these in my high school drama department for when we did the Anne Frank play back in 1970's-and 80's..
