You have really excellent collection with clear photos, I compared your medal with my friend’s one. Please excuse my impertinence that I used your photo without your pre-permission.
Your silver RK des KVK(with sword, marked with”mm1 900) is earlier heavy type, without flaw.
My silver RK des KVK(with sword, marked with”mm1 900) is also earlier heavy type, without flaw.
But my friend-Mr. Johnnie’s RK des KVK(with sword, marked with”mm1 900) is later light type, with flaw.
Please kindly find the following contrasting photos of two medals, despite the differences in conditions of old and new and point of view in taking photos, the details are exactly the same.

Deschler & Sohn made Later light RK des KVK (with sword) sold by weitze, details are also match.

RK des KVK (with sword) made by Deschler & Sohn fall in two types, the later one is about 38.5g with flaw, the other type is earlier one, weigh from 42.3g to 43.7g, without flaw. Mine is earlier one without flaw but just weigh 41.6g, in my point of view, minor differences in weight is quite natural due to the final polishing to the medal, weight is just playing a reference instead of a decisive role in determine whether a medal is an original one or not, just details talk. The details of my medal exactly match what of other medals made by this factory. I also show you the contrasting photos of my medal with Mr. Johnnie’s, the difference are evitable, my earlier silver medal is heavy, Mr. Johnnie’s later golden one is light.
