Your cross has the frame of a number '11'. The core is a very poor stike. The dates are very shallow and poorly-defined. The core could be different; The dates look a little different, and the '1813' is riding lower in the frame than mine. The swasi looks just like an '11' swasi. Here's mine for comparison...
