    Iron cross 2 help!

Hi guys! What do u think of this EK2? Does it look ok? Otherwise I wont buy it

I only have these pics now but maybe I can get some more soon. Its unmarked and the ring is damaged. The seller also says that its magnetic and "threeparted" or what is called!

        Souval

        Hello,

Souval is the surname of a maker of TR awards, including the Iron Cross. His name is often used when describing the distinctive style of manufacture of his EKI and EKII frames. Others used his frames as well. At the top of this section is a very good Souval Frame article by Peter Wiking. You should read it. You will learn about these types of frames. Here is a link...

          Oh Okey I see

Thank you very much for your help! I will definetly read the article!

Any other comments about the Ek? Is it very bad that the ring is broken? I think its just a small detail but maybe its more, hehe.

          Anyways, thanks again everyone!

          /Isak

            Ring not broken

            Hello again,

One of the characteristics of a Souval EKII is that the jump ring is not attached on the reverse side. If you read the article you will see photo's depicting how it should look. IMHO the one you have is not broken.

            Regards,
            Stu

              Hello!

Hehe yeah I just saw that for like 1 minute ago! The price was actually lowered due to the "broken" ring
And that guide was great btw!
              Thanks again man!
