For 180 USD for this kvk1,its on the higher end,you can buy a cased one for about 200++ USD onwards.Why not take a look at the estand,there are many nice examples on sale..

Dzien dobry, yes it's good one but...

Detlev Niemann had one similar for sale a couple of months ago, same flaws etc, but wanted $125 and he's a dealer. I'd too have a look on the e-stand like the other guys recommends.

Depends on what you mean by popular.

L/13 is not so common like mm 1 Deschler, 3 Wilhelm Deumer or 4 Steinhauer & Luck to mention a couple but it's not super rare.
