Spanish Cross.which One?

I would like to buy a German Spanish Cross with swords in Bronze, and I came across to two of these in a well known Dealer.

I would like to see your opinions regarding the one to choose.
Both have exactly the same price.

First One (without markings but in good condition)

But I would like to have more inputs about the originality of both crosses...

Yes, I believe them to be fakes.

I'm not so affirmative than Sal, but I must admit that both crosses show details that do not match with the manufacture.

- the first bronze have a strange hook, the eagle have not the design expected for such a cross.

- the second one has a long pin, the hinge is may be repaired.

I would like to have them in hand to be more sure.

Jacques and I discussed these and we found other inconsistancies as well.

1st cross: center disc is a different color.
I found the pebbling pattern to be different from originals

2nd cross: I believe to be cast perhaps, incredibly soft details , pebbling on 6:00 arm almost non existant, eagle swastikas seem to only have 3 arms due to filled up space by eagles feet, lump on right side sword crossgaurd, sword grip detail is horrible, pin is odd, compared to original.

Personally I am certain these are both fakes.

Can you get better photos of these?

Sorry, but I have no more pictures...I must ask to the Dealer...
I'll prefer to wait for another oportunity..as these have too many questionable things...
