Hi Michael,
Great looking cross! I love the high relief of the swastika and dates.
IMO It looks very like my '7' (Paul Meybauer, Berlin). Some of the 7's have the chopped 3 in the 1813 date like yours. The high relief of the details is also a feature of the 7's. Hope this is of some help. Again, great cross!!

I agree with Danny, it looks very much like a Paul Meybauer, the dates look right and the swastika looks as though it could poke your eye out!
