The Heer case should have off white flocking, not the blue. Blue was for Kriegsmarine and Luftwaffe.

Like Bob has mentioned that is not the case for the award. It is a Luftwaffe pattern case.

I can't see in the images, is the swastika solid?

the badge looks good, at least it is my first impression, even though better picture are neede to be sure. The case is for the LW clasp.
Cases are scarce. If you project to buy later the LW clasp, keep this one.
