EK1 Opinions

Hi,

I have had this piece in my collection for years. The cross, at least the washer and nut, look identical to the screwback EK1 pictured in Gordon Williamson' book, The Iron Cross of 1939 (bottom right hand corner of page 131).

Just wanted sone opinions. The cross is of 3 piece construction and manufacturer vaulted. The lower portion of the reverse arm is marked 800.

One more point ... no need for an anti-rotation pin on a vaulted cross

I have to agree that it looks good to me as well.

Nice bonus with the 800 mark as most seen marked 800 are pure rubbish.....
