Question concerning KC

Hi guys today there was an uncleaned 800 L/12 KC in case of issue for sale.
I was thinking of buying the cross but I had my doubts on the loop.
I believe the loop was for a S&L KC and not for a Juncker or am I completely wrong here?

Do I understand you correctly? You did not buy a perfectly 'OK" cased Juncker because you 'thought' the loop is not correct?
I know that some people make a huge deal out of loops but how much less do you think the cross should be with - let's say - a S&L loop - if that is the case?

Hi Dietrich you are correct I did not buy a perfectly OK cased Juncker because I think the loop is not correct.
I believe it is very important that the loop matches the KC maker. Try to find a seperate Juncker loop? It is almost impossible to find one. S&L and K&Q can be found.
For a good Juncker loop I would pay a 1000$ around 750 euro.

There must be a ton around, I guess. Regarding a very 'popular' thesis the '800 dot' were especially given to people who later got the EL or higher - so there must be some loops around...

Try and find a seperate Juncker loop.

I agree with Kevin,
A KC should have the matching loop to be "complete".


The value to me lays in the fact that an item is "complete".
How much a non-matching loop would effect the sale price though is a pointless discussion.
