The cross is a reproduction in my opinion, the case is post-war.

No, its not foam, the only way I can describe it is, its hard fuzzy like... lol...

Van, the Cross is post war. It is made by Souval. The case, well, I've not seen one like this for a Knight's Cross...that is, without the 'cut-out' and the front 'catch' assembly.
