      IMHO, if a 44mm wide EKII is a tight fit, I doubt a 49mm wide KVKII will fit any better. Perhaps a customs, police, or civil long service cross - I believe they're about 42mm wide.

        after seeing this post, i compared the measure of both medals mentioned, and compared the case to the one sold by antiques and arms recently. they are definately differences that makes me believe now that it is not for a kvk either.

            Hi,

            here are Pics from my KVK 2. class in an LDO case for compare. I think it's different. Th inletts form is different and the color of the box too.

                  That's not correct. There is no doubt about the authenticity of this sort of case for the KVK 2nd class and this set is from a 100% save deduction.
                  Which makes me safe beside a positive COA is that some "old collectors" and experts asked if I want to sell it to them.

                  Maybe the pics don't shows that the KVK fit's 100% but if one see it in reality it's perfect.
