    Question on my Juncker RK

    Gentlemen:

    I hope you guys can help me. I have had this Junckers L/12 RK since the 1990's and I am completely disconnected in terms of market price. Could you give me a reasonable estimate as to its market price? The following pictures tell the whole story (although my photographic skills are terrible), but the following is relevant information:

    1. KC is an early Junckers piece, marked "800 L/12";
    2. KC loop is of the early style, with sharper edges, it is marked "800";
    3. KC appears to be worn, with very nice patina throughout, has slight rust on the reverse, left arm, by the edge;
    4. KC came with 18 inches of "Loy" KC ribbon (the orangey-red KC ribbon);
    5. From a purchase from David Kane, this KC has a EKII modified ribbon for KC wear; and
    6. From a purchase from David Kane, this KC is stored in a KC box that I presume is post WWII.

    Anyway, I would really appreciate your help!! The first picture is of the overall set:

                Close up details, reverse (Note, the "800 L/12" markings don't come out well, but be assured that they are crisp in reality):

                            Walter that is a beautiful Cross...the patina is superb!!! I remember that bit of ribbon.

                            Lately, Juncker (again) seems to have taken off in price and especially the early Crosses. The information available today vs. 5 or 7 years ago will continue to bolster the ORIGINAL pieces.

                            I have no doubt that you are sitting on $12k
                            Regards,
                            Dave

                              That's a very nice RK, I agree with Dave in that the patina is beautiful on this one! A true beauty of a cross!
