My initial thought on a quick glance at this EK was that it might be from maker '107', Carl Wild. The rear set up does bear some similarities. However, I don't believe that it is. The core is wrong for maker 107, as is the beading. The catch on the reverse is also incorrect, but the pin and hinge are a reasonable facsimile of the ones found on Carl Wilds EK1s.

My opinion is that it is a fake modelled on the crosses of Carl Wild.
