I have seen that footage before......It was taken somewhere in Russia......Rommel had been flown there from North Africa......Hitler was actually very upset with Rommel's conduct of the war there (berating Rommel behind closed doors).....However he gave him (Rommel) a "token" award, because he still needed his immense popularity to fight the war....Bodes
