I need some help on this one. This spange has been making me crazy. What really bothers me is the line above the date. Other than that I like it.

It looks like a quality example.
I think I know what you are talking about re the line. Try one thing, hold the spange sideways and look down the line with one eye closed - is it still crooked?

I now have the flange in my possession and am very pleased with it. It even has it's original packet even though a little fragile.
