Very Nice EK2 - Any ideas on maker?

I have one new EK2. It is in "mint" condition. Any ideas on maker?

I also say 20 or 21, and that is not mint that is a buffed EK. Or silver dipped.

It is too bad that it was messed with. I'm guessing it was buffed, but I might be wrong. It's not all bad, though. Some people believe that it is better to have a good, shined cross than a butt-ugly, oxidized one. I think we had a tread about this earlier back. It is still a good looking EK2 all the same.
