RK Ribbon

Gents,
This is outside my field.
Can I have your opinions on the piece of Rk Ribbon, please?
Apart from the zipper like construction of the outer portion of the ribbon, what should I look for to determine whether the ribbon is indeed of wartime manufacture?
Any help you can give is appreciated.

Actually, this ribbon looks good. I like the color. But the only way to tell original ribbon is to "feel" it...Tom

Postwar in my view...too wide at 47mm and not a very well scalloped border...but could be just the photos. Give a good clear close-up of the edge and white stripe
