It is a 100% genuine cross made by Meybauer.

Yes a nice original one but I think somebody cleaned it in an Silver cleaner bath(paint is missing)

Looks like a good original to me. It's a deadringer for one of the screwback L/13s in the forum reference section.

Also, other reasons could also explain the paint loss other than silver dip.
