Looking at the dimensions and shape, the spange, (bar to the EK), looks more like a 2nd class one to me. That may be simply due to the small scale, but to me it looks like a 2nd class and not a 1st class. I think the stick pin is ok but I believe it is a second class and not a first class.

I agree with David, 2nd class spange, and looks good also. These can very greatly in quality, here's a few of mine:

Look at the picture displayed in tinmantis post you can see the difference in the eagle's wings! The EK1 spange shows an eagle with larger width than the EK2.
