1939 Knights Cross with swords & ribbon

I just found a 1939 Knights Cross with swords and ribbon, to be worn around neck in my Grandmother's things. Her brother bought it home from WWII Does anyone know about these? I did find one just like it at

Well, if that is what it sounds like it could be, it is worth big bucks.
