From what I can see in the photos it looks like a Zimmermann to me, (as opposed to a Godet which has the same pin / hinge but different catch). Just to certain, any chance of some face on, closer in photos of the front and rear?

Oh yes !! I'm really into the earlier 57 items, but if it's EKs or DKs I like them all.
That's why I had a very nice D&B cased S&L maker marked EK1 from you off the E-Stand not long ago. I'm slowly putting together a reasonable collection of Imperial, Third Reich and 57 items.

Hah,,I remember that piece, I didnt know it was you Iam half senile!
I just had to move all my 57s this morning back to my apartment, that horrible DK case I posted in 57 forum is great for protecting pieces!
