Thought I would show this combo and see if anybody here has seen another like it marked L/18. I am wondering if this combo was made by D.H. Mayers (L/18) or it was custom made by a jeweler. Thanks for any info.

Sadly neither the spange nor the cross are the product of the firm B H Mayer.
An original (and very rare) B H Mayer combo should look like this 1914 EK1 Spange Combo - Cased

Combo
Well Then there are some questions. I Think the person making the combo must have restamped the L/18. You can see where the back of the cross and the back of the spange have been polished to remove the pin and catch off of each so the pin and catch could be placed where they are now. The craftmanship is really good.
