help with an EK2 needed

Hi
Please have a look at this cross and let me have your opinions. The paint los was not as bad as this when I got it. I purchased it as a brass core and my thick question is is brass magnetic.Also, any ideas on the maker and would you consider repainting this cross if it were yours?
This cross is 3 part constuction and magnetic.

Interesting cross. I think it is a brass plated original cross. Leave it as it is.

In my opinion the cross is an original piece. It's entirely up to you of course, but I wouldn't re-paint the core. Leave it as it is.

Andya HI,
I would leave the cross as is. Its unique as its not identified to a maker.
Hold tight a maker might be forthcomming on this forun in the future
