All Knight's Crosses of the War Merit Cross are one piece construction, to exclude the jump ring.

Here are 4 from the depths of my 'mistakes' box. The top piece is the thin 900 1 type copy. The others are thick. The cross to the right is different from the other thick variaties, and is marked 900 20. All are made of silver.

These represent a tiny part of my 'tuition'.

I just found this in my Grandmother's things but mine is not that shiny or that thick. Any thoughts??

All Knight's Crosses of the War Merit Cross are one piece construction, to exclude the jump ring.

Let's take it a bit further, all kvk's/wmc's are one piece constructions.

The thickness looks similar to my fake rk without swords, so not a good sign but other than that, I'll leave it to the experts.
