It is a "B" type cross from S&L. I let Dietrich and the other RK guys fill in here. Hold on to your money for now.

I need some time to check the photos. Again, non magnetic core, loop marked 65, indication of being a "B" type... does not sound good. See if other RK owners can give you some more facts and opinions.

Looks like a post-war B-Type from S&L. The loop is for sure very wrong and the ribbon doesn't look inspiring either. A non-magnetic core with S&L is also very bad...
If you want to have a genuine cross that's made before May 45 this set is nothing for you.
