    Zimmermann EK1?

    Liste,

I purchased this EK1 from what I believed to be a reputable vendor about 2 years ago. Since then I have learned he was everything but reputable. Now everything I believed to be original is in doubt. After doing some research I believed this was a Zimmerman made EK 1/ Am I correct? Opinions please.

The reverse of the pin. I thought their may be something stamped in the rectangle but after lightly scraping with a tooth pick, I am unable to see anything. The 20 seems to be a little lower and not as clean as other Zimmermann's I've seen.

No need for concerns in this case. Nice and original cross! BTW, these double marked crosses are not found very often.

I agree with Stephan all the way.

            Kameraden,
Vielen dank!! Like I said, my confidance in this vendor has been shaken. It is good to know that at least few items I got from him are good!

I paid $250. for it. I thought that was reasonable for an original.

              Hello,

Who was this vendor and are they a member of this forum?

The EK_1 is a very nice example.

Heck, I can see the L/52 from here....
Great cross, no worries with this one.

Thanks again one and all for posting replies. The dealer was N&T Global. From what I am told he is no longer in the business. From what I am told his reputation was good but then it all started to spiral downward.
