Round 3 help needed

I have looked through previous threads and still have no idea about this. My gut feeling is at the worst bad and at the best messed around with. It is 3 part construction but Non-Magnetic. I think the l/13 ring must be a replacment.
Please let me know what you think

The mark on the ring is different then on my L/13 EK2.
The core and frame I never saw on another Round 3 EK.

I personally think that the cross has been messed with.

Are there any traces that the frame has been openen and re-soldered?

Did anyone notice the difference in the depth of the outer rims on the 9 o clock and the 3 o clock arms .
The 9 oclock seems to be twice the width of the 3 oclock.
Just an observation.

I do not like and would stay away. It does not look like any of the round 3 variants I am aware of and has some characteristics I would associate with a copy.

Thanks for all the comments. They echo my own thoughts that this is bad. Yes. on close inspection it is possible that the core is NOT genuine to the frame. I will stay away
