Congratulations George. Dont'worry, we will keep you busy.

According to Gordon's new book the additional marks on the backplate of L59 crosses are propably that of quality controllers.

I have three L59 crosses.Two screwbacks and one pinback.Was it common for these crosses to have two quality controllers stamps and the maker mark?

One of my crosses have three small dots in a tri-angular fasion as well as a "~" mark.

It's very common for these crosses to have one or two quality control stamps along with the maker's mark. Here are three examples.
