Thanks to everyone, here and elsewhere, for the encouraging welcome!
As most of you know, my major field of interest is the Iron Cross. And, because of my rather liberal interpretation of that award, I also know something about both the German Cross and the War Merit Cross. (To be honest, my knowledge of the Spanish Cross is sparse. But now I have an excuse to study up on it!)
I hope that by sharing my experience with (and knowledge of) these awards as a moderator of this Forum I can make a positive and substantive contribution to this hobby we all enjoy so much.
So, I encourage everyone to ask questions, participate, and learn together here in the Crosses of the Wehrmacht Forum!
