      I donĀ“t like it because I have not seen this needle system
      on this Type of cross.I have mainly seen this Needle system
      on Schinkel types 1 ww crosses.But for the most reason for me is that the
      cross has to new scratches in the front (swastika).But maybe I am wrong with my thoughts

        The needle system is indeed found on early crosses and schinkel crosses (looked it up in Gordon Williamson's book).

          the cross is original but i wouldn't declare it as an early one since this needle setup is typical for that manufacturer.

                I've been searching for the maker of this cross myself, and no results yet. It has a similar pin assembly, and is predicted to have been made possibly in the post-war yeras of the 1920's.

                    I made a little search on the pin assembly and it looks like a Godet assembly.
                    But some confirmation would be nice.
