Put-together group IMHO - Hopefully I am wrong.

You take Schoenberger´s TR, add some medals, badges, repro-photos showing Schoenberger and a paper signed by Sepp Dietrich and voila:

You got a EUR 24,000 exclusive LAH KC winner group!

I saw one of my former groups also, but much to my surprise it was bigger now and included even photos !!!

                    Hello Markus,
you are wrong. The family has first vendored all documents (with large formal KC doc) to a small Wiesbaden auctionhouse and some months later these medals. Luckily the collector who holds the docs has now purchased the medals, so Schönberger is complete again. But thanks for your input anyway.
                    regards
                    Detlev

PS: Do you speak about the sniper group which got bigger ?

                      Hi Detlev,

Well, I am relieved to hear that.

There is too much going on in this hobby and I guess that is why one turns quite paranoid. Just like the former owner of this and other nice groups, who threw in the towel after a short time in the hobby and who is now selling off all his groups again. Sad story. Makes one want to stop as well and not be part of this circus anymore. The hobby can be glad it has you though, one of the last decent traders around!

I am really happy that the group got reunited again and not further torn apart. I am astonished that Schoenberger got a formal RK doc still post-mortem. Very nice.

                      Gruss,
                      Markus

Anybody know the names of Georg Schonberger's parents, and his date of birth?
