EKI Maker Help

I have been trying to ID the makers of all my EKI (will do EKII later). I think I have pretty much did this with the exception of this one. I hope that I have taken all the appropriate pictures, if not let me know what you need.

I will be posting all of my EKI later just to conform that I have ID them correctly.
