Did Forfter and Graf sell their packets to LDO manufacturers? I have seen packets with Forfter amd Graf's stamp and the box with the LDO inscription inside.

I don't know the answer to your question, ( but I'd hazzard a guess that a firm producing the packets would, in all probability, have sold them to other manufacturers and possibly the LDO). The best place to post this question is the packets and cases forum.
