    Not Just Another Beat-Up EK1

I was going through my box of Iron Crosses and remembered this example. A fellow walked up to me at a CADA Gun Show, many years ago, with a box orf stuff to sell. I bought his Iron Cross 1st Class and a pair of Plains Indian beaded gloves. You never know what will walk in to a show!.

Bob, that is very attractive. I really like these type of awards, items like the cross you posted are just the type of crosses I prefer to own. Have you ever looked at the different units that used this Feldpost number?

Bob- that's a beautiful cross with so much character. I'd take this over any "standard textbook" EKI no matter how "rare" it is considered.

                Hi Bob,
This is the first EKI I have ever seen with an engraved reverse I have believed. Very cool piece!
