Ek 2 Manufactures List

I know we on the forum have a list of Ek manufactures, but did all make both types ek1 & ek2. or is there a seperate list of just EK2 manufactures,
I would like to obtain a updated list of just EK2 Makers

I have noticed that Carl Wild mm107 is not on the list. Is this correct? I have been searching for one for a while and not seen any. I would be quite surprised if they did not make the EK2. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for your reply. A question that is still unanswered is did all Ek1 manufacturers also make Ek2, or were there mfgs that only made ek1 and not ek2. In addition were there only mfgs of ek2 and not ek1.
