The Ultimate EK2

Just wondered which EK 2 type you guys considered to be the ultimate?
I know they are not in the same league as RK´s but which cross would be "The One" to get?

I always thought perhaps it would be an Oversize!

Any opinions?

Whilst I know what you mean about the ubergrosse EK, I think the one to go for is the Schinkel. Just my opinion, but I really like the narrow arms and curves that these have.

But they are fairly easy to find!
I suppose a Schinkel B would be the hardest one to find

The one to have is a K&Q 65 with that lovely vaulted swastica. I'm not really into "mint" examples, so the ones that I really like show their age and a bit of wear, here's one out of my collection, it isn't what everyone would like to see in their cases, but this one does it for me.

The coolest EK2 I have ever seen is the standard one my friend Max got for being on the AA guns on his U-Boot during an air attack. Here are thye schinkels for comparisson - I find them beautiful:

The ultimate EK2 for me personally has to be my first iron cross ever. Purchased more than 20 years ago. Unmarked Zimmermann/Godet. The scann does not do it justice. Excellent quality as it is on all Zimmermann/Godet pieces.
