Hi; A collector came up with a KC with a nice looking long ribbon with the ties. Looks like it was never worn. Just a bit of frosting. Swaz. even with the hight of the rim. But it not maker marked. I find it hard to belive that these came unmarked. Only the silver number on both the cross and ribbon clip. Could that possiblly be right?
He also has a KC of the War Service cross with swords also with the long ribbon that looks great with the ties that looks unworn. It has the silver mark and number "1".
I really like the age look of the ribbons. The collector that has them is knowledgeable. He tells me that they came from a vets grouping. I have no idea of value. He is five hours away. I'm more of an Imperial guy myself. This is way outside me area and way above my experience. Is there anything I should especially look for? What's a reasonable price for the pair if original? Doug
