EK2 Spange L/14 - Good or Bad ??

I have had this for years now - can anyone in the Forum tell me whether this EK2 Spange mm L/14 is good or bad?

I cannot find the maker L/14 in the list of manufactures of the EK2 clasp. This info is based on the book "the iron cross of 1939". But more opinions on this one are needed.
