EK 1 maker ?

This is a tough one. The closest I can find similar to yours is a Deumer; However, it isn't an exact match. On page 151 of Gordons book is a match except for the catch, also unmarked.

Anyone else?

This EK is magnetic?
Because this piece looks very similar to a brass core EK we recently discussed.

Yep,the cross is magnetic.

Ok I have done a bit of copying and pasting with these two EK’s, the Detlev piece is the brass core wile the bottom piece is Jos’. I have observed a number of similarities between these two piece, the hinge, pin, even the very slight dipping in the date of the 3 is the same. We are still no closer to working out who made this piece but I thought I would add this information to the debate.

Hello All,

This definitley looks to be from the same maker as the brass core cross recently discussed.
You can see the flaw on the beading on the bottom of the 9 o`clock near the left hand corner, looks like 2 beads are joined making one thick bead.
