Oaks & Oaks&Swords any good?

Hi,
Both pieces from the same seller and both marked 900 L/50 SILBER.Well tarnished and described as German WWII.
I know that this maker used 935,but I dont know about 900.
Could these be new and more detailed fakes on the market with this mistake?

Franco.....think of 'coins'! Stamped, clean and sharp. Thereafter, look for the fingerprints.
