Just in: spanish group with fake cross?

Hi, I just received this small group. Although it came from a good source I have doubts about the cross - you never know... Just wanna be sure before selling it.
Any opinions welcome, thanks.
By the way - does anybody know what that star-shaped medal is?

It looks good to me as well. The upper arms ofthe swords are a little bent as sometimes happens but otherwise very nice. What is the name on the cross?

The name is "Peter" - this is also the last name of the daugther, were that group came from.
