Juncker L/12 800 RK loop. Opinions needed.

    Hi!

I would very much like to hear your opinions on this Juncker
L/12 RK loop. Is it a fake ?

    Wire diameter is: 1,50 mm

    Width is: 7,80 mm

    Lenght is: 20,70 mm

    Greetings
    Sonic

    Hello

In my opinion the loop itself looks ok. Whether the stampings are contemporary or added at some point after the war to increase the potential value is uncertain.

So for my pennies worth, I feel the loop is an original wartime piece with the maker markings added later.

What you really need are the RK experts to chime in - and hopefully they will.

    Regards
    David

Thank you very much for your replies.

Is it right that the 800 stamp on early juncker loops
has a different font than on the mid and late loops ?

Does any of you have a picture of a wartime Juncker loop
            stamped L/12 800 like this one ?
cause I would very much like to se a pix of
            the wartime L/12 800 stamp.

            Greetings
            Sonic

              Hi !

With a delay I received this Expertise + Garantie.

DN gives a unlimited guarantee that this loop is a wartime piece.

              What do you say?

              Greetings
              Sonic

                Hello

I say, as I did originally, (to the loop but not the markings), Of course even Detlev gets things wrong from time to time, but with him if it did turn out to be a post war copy you wouldn't have too much trouble getting your money back.

                Regards
                David

Is it the loop or the expertise you want to collect? I would focus on the loop who i still think is a postwar loop. It looks a little bit crude and roughly finished.

You`re right Peter, ofcourse its NOT the expertise,
but the REAL WARTIME pieces we want to collect.

Thank you very much to all of you for your opinions,
it has been a great help for me.

                    Best regards

Personally I have seen items sold by Detlev been proved copies later on :-(

Wheter or not this is the case on this loop is not sure, but I have to agree with Peter on this one!
