        It's an Honor Cross for combatants in World War One, and in that condition I'd say it's worth about $15-$20.

                  Like all awards, guess there are a number of makers contracted to make the award. Sure someone will tell you whom made this one in good time.

                          You'll see alot of these turn up on medal bars. It commemerates WW1 fighters but I don't think it was instituted till about 1934. It's aften called a Hindenberg Cross although thats not the official name. It's available with and without swords and there is also one for widows or family members that is black in color.
