Bar to the IC 1st class in case of issue opinion

Hello everyone,

Just took some close up pictures of my new Spange "Bar to the IC 1st class in case of issue -Tombak,wide pin in black,imprinted case of issue Both mint, unworn" as Detlev described it.

I need your opinion about it. As far as I see it has some blue patina around the swaz. It looks so perfect.

Does anyone know the maker?
