oppinions on an EKII & RF packet

Hi Phil, hard to say with certainty from the pics, but I would say that the quaility of the paper looks a bit too good? Many wartime packets have woodchips in the paper. I hope this helps you?

The EKII packet has some woodchips in, is that a good sign? neither of these glow under black light either. thanks for the picture Brians.
