Iron cross 2nd class

Hey guys I am un sure of the maker of this cross. I think it is a souval but maybe I am wrong? The black paint is 100% with no chips or marks, the core rattles.The frame looks like it has been cleaned at some stage but the patina is building up again. There is no makers mark on the ring.

How do you think made it?

It's not a Souval,have you got a pic of the obverse.

Hold on,one minute I'm just seeing the back of the cross then it disappears then I see the front....now I'm not seeing anything!
