opinions on this EK1 L59

What do you think of this L59? I don't know how well the numbers will show in my photos but under a 10X loupe there is a very distinct L59 and also what appears to be an "o" stamped about a quarter inch away. Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks Tomt

This cross is fine. And here's the same marking on the reverse of another "L59."

This example is one of these wich immediately catch the view. I don't know really why but it is so.

I would be very glad if I knew which meaning these markings like the the circle ( in other cases the "s") have.
